3. Product Quality

Every pair is quality-checked before shipping. Product photos are for reference — minor differences in color or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing batch.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, and sizing before placing an order.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order
  • Refuse service
  • Limit product quantities
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver throughout Pakistan.

Shipping policy:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Rs. 199 nationwide
  • Advance Payment: Rs. 199 nationwide

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service or location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Customers may receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch
  • Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled
  • Repeated fake or refused orders may result in future COD restrictions

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, sizing, and photos before placing an order. Returns will not be accepted simply because the customer changes their mind or fails to review the product description.
